Privacy notice (draft)
What we collect: your name, email and profile answers; your venture descriptions and assessment answers; the drafts you generate and edit; basic usage events (event type and timestamp only, never the text you write).
Why: to run the SPYN workflow for you, to support you if you ask for help, and, only with your research consent, to improve the product.
Who can see it: only you. Workspaces are private by default. SPYN pilot staff can see your venture content only if you grant time-limited support access, and every such access is logged. A share link you create shows only the approved brief it points to, and you can revoke it.
AI processing: happens on the server. In this local build the default engine is a rule engine that runs locally. If an AI provider is configured, your answers are sent to that provider to draft outputs. Prompts are not stored in our logs.
Your controls: edit anything, withdraw optional consents, delete a workspace, or delete your account and all its content from Account.

SPYN is a private-pilot tool that helps you organize your thinking about the collaborators your venture needs.
Outputs are AI-assisted drafts based only on what you provide. They are not legal, tax, securities, investment, employment, or cybersecurity advice. SPYN does not verify anyone's credentials, does not match you with people, and does not promise any outcome.
You are responsible for decisions you make and for anything you choose to share. Seek qualified professional advice before agreeing equity, IP, entity or employment terms.
SPYN never sends messages, publishes content or takes external actions on your behalf.
